What is your Refund Policy?

Again, we want you to be completely happy so as long as the product has not been damaged you can return it for a full refund and we will even pay for the postage back to us! We even allow you 31 days, from the date of purchase, to return the item.

 

Is there a minimum order level?

No, we are happy to send you one bottle or you can order as many as you like. 

 

What is the best way to contact awardwinningspirits.com?

Currently, the only method is via email but we are working on this. We will respond to all emails within a maximum of 24 hours but you can usually expect a reply within 1 to 4 hours. In any e-mail you send please provide as much information as possible and a contact number would be helpful so we can call you if required.

 

How can I pay for my order online if I don’t have a Paypal account?

Paypal is our payment provider and you can pay for your order through them, using most credit and debit cards, even if you don’t have a Paypal account. To guide you, when you have finished putting items in your basket just click “Checkout with Paypal” then the “Don’t have a Paypal account?” link and a page appears allowing you to enter your payment details.

 

How can I pay for my order other than the online option?

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped please return it to us at your own expense. We will then issue a refund upon return of the item.

Please try to report any damaged items to us within 4hrs of receipt of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
